Nació en Medellín en 1981, ciudad donde vive y trabaja.
Es egresado de la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad de Antioquia en Medellín y realizó la residencia de arte en la Fundación Pistoletto en Italia.
La fotografía, el video, los nuevos medios y el espacio público han sido los recursos que ha usado para sus propuestas. Le interesa el medio urbano para entablar diálogos entre lo orgánico y lo rígido y sus formas relacionales y de exteriorización. Ha participado en proyectos colectivos interdisciplinarios como El Puente y ha desarrollado proyectos de espacio público con artistas de Israel, Inglaterra, Francia y Palestina.
Dentro de sus proyectos se encuentra La Piel de la Ciudad Herida, serie fotográfi ca que estratifi ca la ciudad para hablar de problemas como el abandono, el desarraigo o el desplazamiento.
Un Hogar para Formar y Maestros de Obra son obras en donde la ciudad y sus formas de construcción son revaloradas. Estos proyectos tienen en cuenta procesos artesanales y arquitecturas participativas.
Ha exhibido en Bogotá, Manizales, Medellín, Pereira y Turín, Italia.
